These Terms & Conditions govern the provision of security services and the use of the website operated by All Cover Services Limited (“All Cover Services”, “we”, “us”, “our”). By engaging our services, requesting a quotation, placing a booking, or using this website, you (“Client”, “you”, “your”) agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our services or this site.

2. Definitions
- Services: Security services we provide, including (without limitation) retail security, event security, front-of-house, manned guarding, mobile patrols, corporate/construction/vacant building security, and reception & gate house services.
- Assignment Instructions (AIs): Written instructions agreed between us and the Client that describe duties, post orders, escalation paths, and KPIs.
- Proposal / Quotation: Our written commercial offer describing scope, rates, and assumptions.
- Contract: The agreement formed when you accept our proposal (including these Terms and the AIs) in writing or by instructing us to commence Services.
3. Scope of Services
We will deliver the Services set out in the accepted proposal and AIs. We may recommend reasonable changes where site risks, legislation, or licensing requirements change. All officers supplied are SIA-licensed for the role performed and vetted in line with UK best practice.
4. Client Responsibilities
- Provide safe access to the premises, welfare facilities (including toilets and drinking water), and a safe working environment compliant with health and safety law.
- Provide accurate site information, emergency contacts, and any permits/inductions required for our personnel.
- Ensure any equipment or systems you require us to use (e.g., access control, radios, CCTV) are lawful, maintained, and fit for purpose.
- Notify us promptly of incidents, hazards, or changes (e.g., building works, events, hours, risks) that may affect the Services.
5. Bookings, Hours & Variations
- Minimum booking: unless otherwise agreed, a 4-hour minimum applies per officer per shift.
- Variations to scope, hours, or duties must be requested in writing and may affect rates. We will confirm acceptance and any revised charges before implementation.
- Short-notice mobilisations are subject to availability and may attract a surcharge which will be advised at the time of booking.
6. Pricing, Invoicing & Payment
- Rates are as per the accepted quotation and are exclusive of VAT unless stated otherwise.
- Unless agreed otherwise, we invoice weekly in arrears; payment terms are 14 days from invoice date.
- We may charge interest and recovery costs on overdue sums at the statutory rates under the Late Payment of Commercial Debts (Interest) Act 1998.
- We may suspend or withdraw Services if invoices remain unpaid after the due date.
7. Cancellations & No-Shows
- For ad-hoc or event bookings, cancellations within 24 hours of the start time may be charged up to the minimum shift length.
- For contracted/regular Services, termination and reduction rights are set out in the Contract. Where not specified, 30 days’ written notice applies.
8. Conduct, Authority & Limits
- Our officers act lawfully and proportionately at all times. In the UK our officers are unarmed.
- Officers will not perform duties outside the agreed scope (e.g., manual handling beyond safe limits, work on live plant, or activities requiring professional licences we do not hold).
- Where policy allows, we may use body-worn video (BWV) or CCTV in accordance with UK GDPR and signage requirements.
9. Equipment, Keys & Data
- Keys, access cards, and codes entrusted to us will be held securely and used only for the agreed purposes.
- Any Client equipment provided for our use remains your property and you are responsible for insurance and maintenance.
- We process personal data in accordance with UK GDPR and our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for your own compliance as data controller of your systems (e.g., CCTV).
10. Reporting & KPIs
We maintain Daily Occurrence Books (DOB) and/or digital logs, and provide incident reports and KPI summaries as set out in the AIs. You must promptly review and raise any queries in writing within 7 days of receipt.
11. Insurance
We maintain appropriate insurance (e.g., Employers’ Liability, Public Liability, and, where applicable, Professional Indemnity) with reputable insurers. Evidence of cover can be provided on request.
12. Liability
- Nothing excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited by law.
- Subject to the above, our aggregate liability arising out of the Services is limited to the total fees paid by you for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, business, reputation, or anticipated savings.
13. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify us from claims, losses, or costs arising from your breach of these Terms, unsafe premises or equipment you provide, or your unlawful instructions, except to the extent caused by our negligence or breach.
14. Subcontracting
We may use vetted subcontractors for specialist tasks or peak demand. We remain responsible for the acts and omissions of our subcontractors in performing the Services.
15. Intellectual Property
All documentation, procedures, and materials we provide remain our intellectual property unless expressly transferred in writing. You receive a non-exclusive licence to use our materials for the duration of the Contract.
16. Confidentiality
Each party shall keep confidential all non-public information received from the other and use it solely for performing or receiving the Services, except where disclosure is required by law.
17. Website Use
- Website content is provided for general information only and may change without notice.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. External links do not imply endorsement.
- Unauthorised use of this site may give rise to a claim for damages and/or be a criminal offence.
18. Force Majeure
Neither party is liable for delay or failure to perform due to events beyond its reasonable control (including extreme weather, utility failures, industrial action, acts of God, terrorism, or government restrictions). Obligations resume as soon as reasonably practicable.
19. Complaints
We aim to resolve issues quickly and fairly. Please raise concerns with your contract manager or email info@allcoverservicesuk.co.uk. We will acknowledge and investigate in line with our complaints procedure.
20. Termination
- Either party may terminate for material breach not remedied within 14 days of written notice.
- We may terminate immediately if providing the Services would be unlawful, unsafe, or unpaid invoices remain outstanding.
- On termination, you must pay all fees for Services delivered up to the termination date and any agreed mobilisation or demobilisation costs.
21. Governing Law
These Terms and any non-contractual obligations are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
22. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force at the time of your booking or contract will apply to those Services. The current version will always be available on this page.
23. General
- Entire Agreement: The Contract, these Terms, and the AIs constitute the entire agreement and supersede prior discussions.
- Severability: If a clause is found unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.
- No Waiver: Failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of that right.
- Assignment: You may not assign the Contract without our consent.
